Welcome to the Gippsland Wellness Expo, a non-profit event that brings together a range of holistic health and wellness services and products from across the region. Our goal is to connect the community with these amazing services to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health while supporting businesses. We also aim to foster collaboration and support among health and wellness providers. Our offerings include fitness, mental health, nutrition, supplements, and more. As a not-for-profit event, we do not currently have funded marketing. Therefore, we rely on the support of our sponsors, the stall holder fee and our volunteers.
Our mission
is to create a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about natural health and holistic healing.
We believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life. That's why we bring together small health businesses and individuals to share knowledge and promote natural health solutions.
Our Journey
It all started with a small group of 20 businesses who participated in the Week of Wellness, coordinated by the incredible Casey Bird from Studio 72 Infrared Saunas.
After the successful Week of Wellness event, the participating businesses decided to continue their efforts by organizing an expo. The process was facilitated by Olivia Skinner from Sacred Wise. All the businesses that were involved in the initial event were invited to participate in the upcoming expo, which was scheduled for March 2023. The news of the event quickly spread, leading to the creation of the Gippsland Wellness Expo, we managed to fit into the VRI Hall in Traralgon With almost 40 businesses from Latrobe City, Baw Baw, Wellington and Bass Coast taking part and hundreds of patrons attending throughout the two day event.
In 2024 we had Moved the expo to Kernot hall Morwell as it had doubled in size with 70+ health and wellness businesses interested in setting up at the expo to share their wonderful range of healing services and products. Some coming from as far as East Gippsland to take part. Momentum has increased and we were expecting up to 2000 patrons per day.
On Saturday 23rd March 2024 we hosted Gippsland’s first official Strongman Games coordinated by Complete Strength Gym, with spectators expected to attend from all across Victoria. It commenced after the Traralgon Harriers event who are hosted their 26th Latrobe City Fun Run on the morning of 24th March at Kernot Hall also.
